Cinnamon Rolls

Hello, My Dear Friends!
I`m back :o) after a terrible angina and course of antibiotic`s therapy. We all still need a time to return to normal.
Hope you all have a wonderful time and spring with lot of sun and fun :o) It`s snowing now in Moscow and -1 dgr C.
And today I want to share with you a recipe of the YUMMIEST CINNAMON ROLLS EVER.
But you must know that:
1. it`s not a non-caloric
2. it`s not fast
3. if you make them you need to make a lot (because everybody will ask more)

Here is the RECIPE :o)

1. Reheat 1/2 litre of whole milk + 1/2 cup of oil + 1/2 cup  (198 gr) of sugar to your body temperature.
2. Add 1 packet of dry yeast to №1 and leave for 10 min.
3. While your yeast is heating you weigh the wheat flour 4 cups = 780-790 gr
4. Add the flour to №2 and make a dough
5. Leave your dough  for 1 hour or less.
6.After an hour add to your dough 1 good tsp of baking powder and 1/2 cup = 98 gr of wheat flour.
7. Mix your dough with dry ingredients.
8. Make a big rectangle with your dough and put a tempered butter on it (about 1/2 cup = 98 gr).
9. Put on №8 1 cup = 198 gr of sugar.
10. Make a good sprinkle  of cinnamon.
11. Very fast make one big roll and cut it for many slices
12. Put them into clean baking form and bake about 15 min at 375 dgr F ( 6 scale gas oven = 190.5 dgr C )
And after all eat them with your Family and friends :o)

And here are 7 things about myself:

1. When I was a child I was living in very-very cold part of Russia- Yakutia (Sakha). We had there in winter about -60 dgr C! And it was not fun! That`s why I love SUMMER :o)
2. I flying by air plane since I was 2 month old, because my Father was a pilot. The total distance I`ve made by air plane is more than 200 000 miles :o)
3. My favorite kitchen is Italian.
4. I would love to visit diferent countries.
5. I live in a small appartment in Moscow (only two rooms+kitchen+bathroom)
6. I love Fine Bone China.
7. And...I don`t use any parfum :o)
